“I’m
writing to say thank you very much for all your hard work over the
last year on the 2008 RunBristol events. We successfully launched
and delivered the new Bristol 10k with an amazing 5,000 entries
in its first year and the Reebok Bristol Half Marathon last weekend
seems to have received more praise than ever before. I say this
every year – but these events really couldn’t be done
without the support of people like yourselves. Many thanks –
and here’s to RunBristol 2009 and beyond ……

“I
just wanted to send a big old thank you to you all for helping to
make this year's Harbour Festival another amazing one! Your event
control was a haven of calmness, the stage managing and artist liaison
on the amphitheatre was top-notch and production throughout the
site, not just the amphitheatre, was quality - thank you for your
support!’’

“I
want to pass on my personal thanks for all your efforts during the
Tall Ships visit and over the months (in some case years) to bring
this event to such a successful conclusion.
Considerable personnel commitment has gone into this and you should
all be very proud of your achievements.
Liverpool was showcased in the best possible light around the world
and without you that would not have been possible.’’

“May
I just say a huge and heartfelt thank you for making last Saturday
such a fantastic evening. It had the capacity to go pear-shaped
at one point and I am so very grateful to everyone for keeping their
nerve and making it into what I really believe was our very best
Prom ever. We have had loads of calls, e-mails and notes which covered
everyone involved in glory….
It was a great pleasure to work with you all, and I hope you will
pass on my thanks to everyone involved in bringing it together.
I hope we can all work together again in the future. We’re
a great team.’’

“I
was the police inspector in charge of the policing of the Danson
festival. I would like to offer my personal thanks for the way you
ran the event. Liaison between your organisation and the police
was excellent. I was pleased with the way you controlled the event,
leaving my officers free to deal with the issues of public safety
and crime.’’

are all really impressed with how professional the REM team are

“I would like to thank you and your team personally for your
professional and hard working approach and attitude to the planning
and delivery of the 2007 Crick Boat Show… I was most impressed
with how you and your team dealt with a variety of challenges in
a very positive, helpful and friendly manner. Without a doubt they
played a significant part in ensuring the customers and exhibitors
enjoyed the show – despite everything Mother Nature threw
at us!... Please pass on my compliments and congratulations to your
team and I know already that we are looking forward to working with
you on the 2008 show."

“It was an incredible event and the letters of thanks and
congratulations are still flooding in…… No-one had ever
seen anything quite like it and it is clear that they had no idea
what they were in for. The Clyde crew and the Royal Navy guests
were blown away by the whole experience and incredibly grateful
that we made such a fuss of the latest warship to enter the fleet.
Our objective was to provide those attending with an event to remember
and there is no doubt that we achieved that “

“What can I say, thanks very much to REM for doing a splendid
job from beginning to end. Having decided to invite people to camp
in a remote field in Cornwall we realised that there would be a
number of problems to overcome such as proper washing and toilet
facilities, places to dress, comfortable areas to sit, a bar and
of course electricity. Actually the list was almost endless. We
needed these problems to be solved quickly, within a budget and
all to our personal tastes. You produced a seamless, stress free
wedding both in preparation and execution. We had everything that
we asked for and more, and inside our budget! My most lasting, and
best memory of doing this with REM though is the positive, friendly,
and accommodating people we worked with. We love you all! Thanks
for a great day! Love Rob and Jane.”

“Thank
you so much for your involvement – the effort, skill and time
invested in preparing for and running the event came together in
an occasion that was enjoyed by both our visitors and staff. You
made the whole security clearance process seem so effortless. Your
professional handling of the site and production management resulted
in a marvellously creative event. We look forward to working with
you in the future”

“This
is a slightly belated request to say how much I enjoyed working
with you and your team. All the preparations seemed to go very smoothly
– the safety document was very confidence-inspiring! –
and the event ran perfectly”

“I am writing
to thank you for all your work in creating a truly memorable event.
Music Live was seen seen as a triumph by everyone at the BBC both
locally and nationally, and the feedback from visitors has been
excellent. Many have commented how well the large site was organised,
the stewards well controlled and the stages efficiently run. On
a personal note I would like to say what a pleasure it has been
working with you all, and how supported I felt by your knowledge
and expertise. I do hope we have the opportunity to work together
again, and I would unreservedly recommend your services”

felt that we really had to write to congratulate you on organising
a fantastic weekend which will be remembered by a huge number of

– they were nothing short of spectacular”
